Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and professionally, creating a welcoming and positive first impression.
• Provide clear, detailed, and timely updates to customers regarding the progress of their vehicles.
• Liaise confidently between the workshop and customers, ensuring accurate communication of job timescales and costs.
• Manage service bookings efficiently and ensure all work is accurately invoiced.
• Upsell additional work and services in a way that is helpful, ethical, and tailored to customer needs.
• Maintain detailed customer records and ensure follow-up appointments are diligently scheduled.
• Deliver consistently high standards of customer care, aiming for repeat business and positive reviews.

Essential Requirements

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor within a franchised dealership or automotive environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, customer-first attitude.
• Able to communicate confidently and clearly with customers and technicians alike.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy, fast-paced setting.
• A team player who can contribute positively to a tight-knit and supportive aftersales department.
• Competent IT skills, ideally with experience using DMS or manufacturer-specific systems.
• A full UK driving licence is essential.

The Package

• Basic Salary: £38,000 per annum
• Bonus: Up to £6,000 annually
• Guaranteed Bonus: £500 per month for the first 3 months
• Hours: 45 per week
• Relocation Support: Flight costs covered, rental deposit assistance up to £2,500, and relocation help (subject to approval and repayment terms)
