We are seeking an experienced Inspector to join a world-class Formula One team on an Outside IR35 contract.

This is an exciting opportunity to work at the cutting edge of motorsport manufacturing and inspection, contributing to parts delivered to elite race programmes.

Key Responsibilities

Program, operate, and maintain CMM equipment for complex precision components.
Develop and verify PC-DMIS programmes to support fast-paced production and inspection requirements.
Perform detailed measurement, analysis, and reporting to tight tolerances typical of F1 environments.
Work closely with Quality, Metrology, and Manufacturing teams to resolve issues swiftly.
Support continuous improvement of measurement processes and inspection workflows.

Essential Skills & Experience

Strong experience as a CMM Programmer in a high-precision engineering or motorsport environment.
Advanced proficiency with PC-DMIS (mandatory).
Ability to interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and complex geometric requirements.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and evolving priorities.

Beneficial Experience

PolyWorks programming or analysis experience.
Exposure to F1, motorsport, aerospace, or similarly demanding engineering sectors.

Weekday night shift
Weekend night shift

Contract Details

Outside IR35
Competitive hourly/daily rates dependent on experience
Immediate or near-immediate starts available
