Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal procedures to maintain aircraft airworthiness.
- Meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
- Efficiently manage work orders and requisitions to support maintenance activities.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for scheduled maintenance inputs.
- Maintenance of Aircraft records as required.
- Update and maintain the company’s record management system, including aircraft and component log books.
- Liaise with multiple departments to facilitate seamless operational workflows.

Essential Skills:
- Maintain high levels of responsiveness and support within the team.
- A strong command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and SharePoint is essential.
- Deliver work with attention to detail and precision.
- Understanding of office procedures and the ability to work efficiently with technical documentation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and professional approach to customer service.
- Ability to organise, prioritise, and manage tasks effectively to meet tight deadlines.
- Good standard of numeracy for reporting and administrative writing.
Desirable Skills:
- Familiarity with CAA/EASA regulations, particularly Part CAMO and Part 145, would be highly advantageous.
