Key Responsibilities:

• Develop CNC programs for 4 & 5 axis machines and Multi-Axis Turn-Mills using Siemens NX and Vericut.
• Create CNC grinding programs for various grinding machines.
• Manage New Part Introduction (NPI) for both prototype and production projects.
• Define manufacturing routings and Bill of Materials (BOM) using SAP ERP.
• Design fixtures and tooling for NPI projects.
• Support departmental training and team progression.
• Estimate production times and costs, identifying cost-saving opportunities.

Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in machining and programming complex components within the Automotive and Aerospace industries.
• Proficient in NX CAD/CAM systems and Vericut.
• Familiarity with SAP ERP.
• Engineering qualification (HNC or higher) is essential.
• Strong knowledge of machining/cutting and inspection techniques.
