Arden White is proud to partner with a respected and growing aviation component maintenance organisation known for its commitment to safety, precision, and engineering excellence. We are seeking a Quality Engineer to support the Quality & Safety Manager in maintaining a best-in-class Quality Management System within an EASA / CAA / FAA Part 145 approved environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct internal and external audits within a Part 145 MRO environment
  • Maintain Quality Department independence in accordance with Part 145.A.65(c)
  • Manage MOR and IOR reporting schemes in line with Part 145.A.60
  • Administer and control the Quality audit programme
  • Maintain company manuals and regulatory documentation
  • Manage the company authorisation system in compliance with Part 145.A.35
  • Investigate quality, technical, and maintenance issues and produce formal reports
  • Manage non-conformances and corrective actions
  • Support SMS risk-based quality management activities
  • Liaise with manufacturers and vendors on quality and maintenance standards

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in aviation MRO quality or safety compliance
  • Demonstrable auditing experience in a regulated environment
  • Strong understanding of EASA / CAA / FAA Part 145 regulations
  • Knowledge of Q-Pulse Quality Management System (desirable)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong documentation, reporting, and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with a structured approach to compliance
